When are registration materials due?
Each camper must submit all the required paperwork two weeks prior to your child’s camp start date. Any form submitted incomplete will be returned and your child’s registration will not be considered completed until all forms are submitted.

How much is tuition? When is tuition due?
Tuition is $165 per week and must be paid three weeks prior to the start of your child’s camp week. Discounts will be voided for any late tuition payments.
When is the registration fee due?
The registration fee is due at the time of registration. Registration is $150 per camper. This fee includes the $80 administrative fee as well as the $70 activities fee.
What is covered in the activities fee?
The activities fee covers all camp activities, supplies, field trips entrance, transportation and special events for the entire summer. This fee is $70 and is included in the camp registration fee. It is paid at the time of registration. The activities fee is not eligible to receive any discounts.
Is there a cancellation fee?
If you must cancel for any reason before May 1 your registration and all tuition fees paid will be refunded in full. Any cancellations received on or after June 1 will be refunded less the $80 camp administrative fee. Cancellations must be received in writing at least 14 days prior to the start date of your child’s camp dates.
What payment options are available?
Tuition payments may be paid in self-managed installments online with debit/credit cards at http://www.messiahcc.org/messiahspiritcamp. Please follow the link for “Tuition Installment Payments”. Please note: All tuition fees must be paid three weeks prior to your child’s camp start week.
Tuition payments by cash or check will be accepted in person at Messiah Community Church, Monday-Friday, 10am-4pm. Please note: All tuition fees must be paid three weeks prior to you child’s camp start week.
What camp discounts are available?
- Early Bird Discount: $50 off your total camp tuition by April 23rd.
- Multi-week discount: 20% off tuition fees when registering for 3 or more weeks.
- Multi-sibling discount: 20% off tuition fees for families registering 2 or more children.
- Returning 2016 Spirit Camp families receive $15 off weekly tuition when registering for 4 or more weeks in 2017. Multi-week and multi-sibling discounts are applicable to all returning camp families.

What are before care/after care hours?
Before Care begins at 7am. After Care ends at 6pm.
What is the cost for before/after care?
Before and After Care is an additional fee. Pricing is for both before and after care combined and cannot be pro-rated for partial care on any given day or week. Before and After Care fees are per family. These fees are not eligible for further discount.

Is there a snack during before and after care?
There will be a breakfast snack will be provided at 7:45am for before care and a healthy snack will be provided at 4:45 for after care.
Is lunch provided at camp?
Lunch is not provided for campers. Parents must send campers with a bag lunch. Please do not send items that require refrigeration or that may need to be heated. Please be sure that your child’s lunch box or bag is labeled with his or her full name.
Do you accept children with special needs?
Messiah's Spirit Camp is happy to welcome children with special needs. We will contact you directly to discuss specific needs your child may have. (Note: There is no guarantee that we will be able to accommodate all special needs.)
What trips/activities are included?
We are excited to offer off-site field trips to various locations which may include: movie theater, roller skating, laser tag, Adventure Park USA, factory tours, or museums. We will also have on-site activities which may include: performers, mobile library, animal visits, or special guests.
What are the camp dates?
Camp runs Monday-Friday from June 26, 2017-August 4, 2017. Camp will be closed on July 4th for the holiday.
What are the hours of camp?
Camp begins at 9am and ends at 4pm. Before and after care options are available.
What ages does Messiah’s Spirit Camp accommodate?
Our camp is made for children ages 6 to 11 years old. There are limited openings available for 5 year olds. Please email email@example.com for availability.
Is Messiah’s Spirit Camp affiliated with a specific religion?
Messiah’s Spirit Camp was specifically designed to offer a fun and educational experience for campers while strengthening their spiritual foundations. There is scheduled time each day for bible activities. Many of our campers are Christian, but we welcome campers of all religions.
Does the camp staff complete a background check?
All camp staff must complete and clear the MD and FBI background check. In addition, all staff must be cleared by CPS (Child Protective Services) each year prior to working at camp.
What are the camp Counselor requirements?
Each camp counselor must be at least 14 years old. All counselors must submit a letter of recommendation, attend all pre-camp training sessions, and all background and CPS clearances.
What will my child do if he/she need to take prescription medication during the camp day?
All medications must be listed on the Health History Form and the Medication Administration Authorization Form must be completed. All medications must be logged and registered.
Who administers medication at camp?
All medications are self-administered at Spirit Camp. The parent must also provide a signed form from the prescribing physician with instructions on how and when the medicine is to be taken. The medicine is then self-administered by the child, as the Camp Director or her designee observes to make sure it is administered in accordance with the doctor’s orders.
